T L Whalan is an author of outdoorsy young adult fiction with heart, humor, horses, and sometimes aliens. Her writing has won competitions and subsequently been published in numerous anthologies.

Her debut young adult apocalyptic survivalist series, Earthside, is scheduled for release in 2027. This six-part series follows a group of teenagers sheltering from an alien invasion in the Australian bush.

T L Whalan, writing as Tegan Whalan, is also author of The Wirrabara Whalans, a family history book spanning 200 years and containing 48 mini-biographies.
